These Terms of Service govern your use of larkstead.com (the "Website") and every order placed on it. Please read them before buying. The Website is operated by Elementic Brands LLC.

2. Eligibility

  • Orders may only be placed by people aged 18 or over, or with a parent or guardian's consent.
  • By ordering you confirm the details you give us are accurate and complete.

3. What We Sell

  • Larkstead sells equipment for the home, garden and outdoor living: garden structures, outdoor cooking equipment, home leisure equipment, garden technology and related accessories and spare parts.
  • Product photography, descriptions and specifications are kept as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in colour and finish between screen and product can occur.
  • Published specifications (such as wind ratings, temperatures and capacities) reflect testing under the stated conditions; real-world conditions vary.
  • Products are for personal, domestic use and are not for resale.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • We accept card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal via Shopify Payments and PayPal; payment is taken when the order is placed.
  • Where a genuine pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch; you receive a full refund and the option to re-order at the correct price.
  • Price changes never affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Availability

  • Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance is the dispatch confirmation email.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders for stock failure, suspected fraud or order limits; anything we cancel is refunded in full immediately.
  • If an item sells out after you order, we notify you and refund in full.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Germany and New Zealand.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours, seven days a week. Estimated delivery: United Kingdom 2–5 working days; United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Germany and New Zealand 3–5 working days. Delivery is free on all orders.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Every product carries a 30-day return window from delivery.
  • Your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is included within, and extended by, that window.
  • Details are in the Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
  • Nothing in these Terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Guarantee

  • Larkstead products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery: defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
  • Excluded: accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation contrary to the instructions, and normal wear parts unless stated on the product page.
  • To claim, email contact@larkstead.com with the order number and a photo or description of the issue.

9. Safety & Proper Use

  • Read the supplied instructions before assembly and first use, and keep them.
  • Gas appliances (pizza ovens, grills and similar) are for outdoor use only, with the supplied UK-spec regulator, at the clearances stated in the manual. Never use them indoors or in enclosed spaces.
  • Fire products must be used on stable, non-combustible ground, away from structures and overhanging vegetation, and never left unattended while lit.
  • Structures (pergolas, outdoor kitchens and similar) must be anchored as instructed; published wind ratings apply only to correctly anchored assemblies.
  • Electrical products carry UKCA/CE conformity and are supplied with UK plugs; use outdoor-rated connections outdoors.
  • Keep children and pets supervised around fire, gas, water and moving machinery (including robotic mowers).

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Website content, including copy, photography, video, graphics and design, belongs to Elementic Brands LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
  • It may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
  • "Larkstead" and the Larkstead mark are trademarks of Elementic Brands LLC.

11. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Tell us immediately about any suspected unauthorised use.

12. Reviews & Submitted Content

  • Submitting a review, photo or comment grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for marketing and informational purposes.
  • Content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing; we may remove content that breaches these Terms.

13. Liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, Elementic Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products.
  • Our total liability for any purchase-related claim is capped at the price paid for the product concerned.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
  • Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Wyoming, USA.
  • UK and EU consumers keep their mandatory statutory protections and the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms; the current version always lives on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the revision. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already placed.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms proves invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in full force.
