Larkstead delivers to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France, Germany and New Zealand. Delivery is free on every order, whatever the size, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.
Dispatch
- Orders are processed 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
- Every order is processed within 24 hours of being placed.
- Your dispatch email includes the tracking number and a live tracking link.

Estimates are exactly that: estimates. Carrier capacity, severe weather and public holidays occasionally add time, and if your order is going to run late we tell you rather than leaving you to guess.
Tracking
The dispatch email carries your tracking number and link, and the same number works on our Track Order page. Nothing in your inbox within 48 hours of ordering? Check spam first, then message us with the order number and we will resend it.
If Nobody Is Home
- The carrier leaves a card or attempts redelivery automatically.
- Depending on the carrier, parcels may go to a neighbour or a local collection point.
- If a parcel bounces back to us after failed attempts, we contact you and arrange reshipment.
Late or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch. We chase the carrier the same day, and if the parcel is confirmed lost you choose between a free replacement and a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check the delivery address and postcode at checkout. We can amend an address any time before dispatch, so message us the moment you spot an error; once an order has shipped, the address usually cannot be changed, and we are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
