Sizing and suitability questions welcome
Tell us the space, the ceiling height, the garden aspect or the crowd you host, and we will say honestly which product fits and, just as honestly, when none of ours does.
Delivery questions
Free tracked delivery everywhere we ship: 2-5 working days in the UK, 3-5 elsewhere. Address changes are possible before dispatch, so send the order number quickly.
Faults and spares
A photo or short video of the issue plus your order number is usually everything we need to ship the part or the replacement.
Returns
You have 30 days. Message first and we will confirm the route: small items go tracked post, big items get a collection booked by us.
